Confirm, this will be treated as a third party booking (the same as any "Airline package" sadly), and hence you will not receive points. You can ask about status benefits on check-in, but it is down to the hotel's choice and is not guaranteed from the T&Cs. It is worth trying of course!:
FAQ: Are elite benefits included if booked through 3rd party like Costco?
