Not really sure its worth regularly taking up a 5/25 spot. Since I have been able to get enough points for our trips through my Wyndham cards alone, I have focused P2 on other cards, and she actually doesnt even have a ceasars account. I guess if she got platinum I would need to use her card for parking and mine with the point for the room...just an extra step but not impossible.
I guess it matters how much you pay for parking a year.
If you go to Vegas/AC that often it Seems odd she doesn't have a CET account...... if you are near AC you could probably get her a CET account , open a Wyndham Earner plus card TODAY with the 75k bonus and have her transfer 60K points this year and another 30K next year.
That would be $900 ( plus your 30k/$300) at Caesars for a $75 annual fee or if 5/24 is that big of an issue get the Earner Business and 40K plus 40K bonus..............no need to complete the 2nd 40K f it's not worth it for you.
As far as using reward credits you should be using them at the time of sale ( not charging to the room) as this way avoids sales tax.
If you pay your room bill at checkout in reward credits it doesn't matter what credit card you use for incidentals, as long as P2 is listed on the room and present at checkout you can use her RC to pay
