Hi all, I had an international flight booked using Chase UR points. The flight went sideways and was cancelled by the airline and the refunded the flight "to your original form of payment". When I look at their documentation it seems the refund went to a MasterCard. I assume Chase pays the airlines using an MC. Is there a way to get the points back to my Chase account? Who do I call, Chase Travel or someone else?
