"Unable to Complete Purchase" Polaris Pre-Order
Travelling on Wednesday in Polaris to Europe with my wife and two children. For my 3 year old I had reserved the special Child Meal. Five days prior to departure I got the email saying I can reserve my entree. I went into the app and was able to select my entree. Went back after consulting with my wife about her choice and my daughter's choice and now getting the message "Unable to Complete Purchase." Any idea what's the issue? My meals still shows as well as my son's meal. Just bizarre. AA and DL have been doing this for years and years and, yet, UA still struggles it seems.
