Recent SAS flight CPH-BOS. I wasn't wowed by the meal. To be fair, the flight crew were lovely.

Luckily for me, SAS Copenhagen lounge had spicy fried chicken for lunch and that was tasty (and seeing how they couldn't keep the serving dish filled for more than five minutes due to the rush of people, my fellow lounge guests enjoyed it too)

Starter: Salmon tartare (the tuna listed on the menu wasn't loaded). Can't really describe what was next to it. The salad was mostly lettuce and seeds. 3/5. I don't know why SAS can't add veggies to the salad.

Main: Beef burnt ends. Beef was tender, but the sauce was very salty for my tastes. The pumpkin was the hughlight of the dish. (2.5/5)

Dessert (apple tart) was great. I also got the fresh fruit since there was some spare. (5/5).

Pre-landing: SAS go-to Danish sandwich. As I really hate the bread it is served on I don't each much of it. The salmon was nice, it's just that it was the second serving of salmon on the flight - FWP I know... (3/5)
