I'm the same way. On, say, a MDW-California flight its the latter three hours of the flight that seems to take forever. The drink/snack break would really break up the monotony rather than rushing to get it all done by Omaha.

I suppose a lot of the passengers are quickly fast asleep..... Maybe that is why they rush?
