"Hey DeltaAI, apply a GUC to record XYZ123 and reissue the ticket." That would be a nice use of AI.
I'm very curious to see how giving chatbots actual abilities to do things like this would play out. With the recent Air Canada lawsuit that ruled airlines are going to be liable for things their customer service chatbots say it ups the stakes even more if you let chatbots start doing real actions that could cost real money.
