Hello - I’m arriving at TPE at 5:40 am on China airlines from YVR and departing at 9:30am on EVA for BNE. Separate tickets and no checked bags. Will I be able to just go to a BR desk in the transit area or will I need to clear customs/immigration to check in at the departures counter. Any help and advice is appreciated.
