Seems that you didn't convert your account to Radisson Europe. All Radisson Americas merged to the Choice Hotel program. Members were given a chance to transfer their point to RAD EUR at 1x1 ratio, or to Choice hotel. At this point, suggest you look at Choice hotel and look for redemptions from there, as you have missed the opportunity to transfer to Radisson Europe program.
