I don't like the new system:
Had to spend avios for an eco award with 3 pax on LAX-HEL next november, far out.
System shows, like all the november flights, only 2 available upgrade slots to business.

I tried, did HUACA, was nice, was not nice, and nothing happened.
They can only waitlist me (splitted the booking), and wait wait wait wait

I remember the good old time, when Janica could process even 4 upgrades simultanously.

Hopefully the upgrade goes through. Mine.
Business is empty by now.
