Realised only now, that i did not get offered a paper invoice, but since I anyways prefer e-mail, I did not react. But never received an electronic copy either and also could never view my bill in the Hyatt App. My stay has not yet posted, should have happened yesterday. not urgent anyway, this badge will be my 15th, getting me my 3rd free night, so don‘t mind waiting a bit before complaining, so that my Cat1-4 will remain valid longer.
