I have a similar question, flying PRG-DOH-MLE with a 16 hour layover. I'd prefer to get the luggage checked through to the final destination. In this case, is it a standard procedure or I need to ask upon check in at PRG? I have also booked a hotel nearby (Movenpick) to sleep over. Thanks.
