When making the choice much depends on total flight time, total travel time, length of layover or even departure time ex-BRU. All things being equal, 80€ is well worth to go with QR vs AY, but as we've seen, all things are NOT equal
This. If you manage to get the 19h versions both via HEL or DOH, I'd likely pick QR for 80€ extra, although for me it'd be much more a close pick vs. some of the others above.
QR inflight service is clearly better than AY on pretty much all accounts. The things that make it a less clear choice are: the timetable for AY is much better than QR (QR lands later and you'll also have the DOH layover in the middle of the night), Haneda is preferable vs. Narita and also the more controversial opinion: HEL airport is much smoother than DOH and with Plat Wing access, you'd be alright with the 3h layover at HEL.
