OP mentioned the difference of arrival time. And I also agree with OP, that 2pm arriving at HND is def much much better than nearly 6pm at NRT.
To be honest I would avoid NRT, the immigration line is worse, the distance to the downtown is double. And it is rush hour by the time of arrival.
I wouldn't trade a much better time schedule flight for a little better QR suite. AY J seat is quite good for sleeping as well.
