Even on the same ticket they won't check you through with 30 hours between flights. That is classed as a stopover, not a connection. You could ask and the agent may make a mistake, but I would plan on collecting your luggage.

There is a left luggage facility at the airport metro station but by the time you have walked there it's probably quicker and easier to just take it with you in a taxi to the hotel
