Here now and it reminds me of a modern luxury Japanese ryokan. 52 rooms and suites combined located near Park Hyatt and Yasaka Pagoda. Kengo Kuma did the exterior fascades and probably the interiors too. Basically, no views to speak of. Partial Yasaka and Kyoto city views at best.
