First post here due to Finnair not responding and I am in doubt if I should go with AY anyway.

My outbound is booked on QR in J: NRT-DOH-BRU (80k avios)

For inbound I doubt between AY and QR, both in J:
AY would be 80.5k avios +166euro for BRU-HEL-HND, arrival 14.25 in Haneda
QR would be 80k avios +approx 250euro for BRU-DOH-NRT, arrival 17.55 in Narita

I prefer the AY schedule with arrival of 14.25, because the QR arrival of 17h55 seems bad in terms of jetlag later on.
(not being able to sleep the first night,...) But of course overall service, food, seat, lounge,.. on QR should be superior to AY.

Also, is a window seat selection included in both the AY and QR business award tickets?
(I see some contradicting info.)

I am a bit torn to choose between both options.
Any feedback or help would be great.
