Yes. Very little non-mainline. I think RDU is it. Even CVG I thought went mainline. There's no reason for non DL ACS agents here. (I also know one or two that transfered from hubs to AUS)
The mix of equipment doesn't really have anything to do with whether ACS is mainline employees or contracted out. My home station is 100% mainline flights but run by Unifi. I would think AUS is large enough to be Delta employees though.
