I was curious of the ski facilites mostly. Ski buttlers will operate directly from the location so you can prebook on their website or try on site. Rooms were nice but not overly luxurious. the couches looked a little cheap.
The main lift is clearly walking distance but not clear to me that it will be accessible when the ski season starts. Apparently deer valley will have rotating buses to bring you 2 mins (5 mins walk) to the other lift. Its going to be easy. Id say if its only the guests of the hotel that go up those lifts there will be very little crowd but they are also building a gigantic parking so well see.
