First is legit but second one is not true b/c current CL on all my Chase cards is well under 50%, closer to 30%. Oh well. I'll call recon and see what's what.

I'm seeing those two reasons a lot. Rubber stamp rejection. I have 6 Chase cards open with a total CL of ~$24K and a reported income of $88K. And I've opened 3 Chase cards in the last 17 months. Currently at 1/24 b/c most cards are Business.
