I'm not sure if you remember, but pre-COVID there was an older gentleman, I'm not sure who he actually worked for, that was always at baggage claim 1 at SAT fixing the bags as they came out. I have not seen him since. We could have used him yesterday, as one bag got dropped behind the belt at the second curve, a few came edges stacked on each other had to be fixed, and at the end, they had to stop the belt, as too many got clogged coming out of the back. Of course, part of the reason for this was because two carts were late arriving and they were hustling to get the bags out. My priority marked bag ended up being on one of those carts, so I applied for the guarantee at 21 minutes, received the miles, and then actually got my bag at 26 minutes.
