When I went through at IAH there were only 4 people, so I joined it and waited about 30 mins and in that time they only let 2 people through. I also didn't like the idea of waiting so long for my hold bag to be waiting. Maybe just me, but didn't make me comfortable.
Far easier just booking an interview. I had mine at IAH, after booking a last minute slot that came available, turned up, waited about 5 minutes and was out in 10. Must smoother.
You'll be pleased to hear that when I arrived there was literally zero queue. I walked straight up to an agent and got through then when I got the GE interview area I was seen within two minutes.
They only asked me to confirm my name. He then gave me a flyer and told to me crack on.
From entering the security hall to being in baggage in less than 7 minutes.
