Yes so what has screwed up applying a GUF going from CW to F is introduction of RFS on CW since earlier this year. You are no longer paying true taxes/fees/charges on CW, so the calculation of the difference to F where you are paying true TFC is no longer quite as simple.
I am confused as I thought when pricing such upgrades they use the "old" (pre RFS) Business Class award levels such that true taxes and fees are reflected both the biz and first costs?
