Just a quick question.

I am flying SQ biz SIN-BCN-LIS and the ticket has been issued by TAP.

I am able to access my booking online on SQ's website no problem, select my seats on the SQ operated flights no problem. What I am unable to do is make a BTC selection. All the options present (I am aiming for beef Yakiniku), however when 'saving my selection' I get an error message. I have tried a few times over the past week and continually get the same error message.

Before I reach out to SQ I just wanted to check if a TP issued ticket still should allow me to BTC on SQ?
