Delta just likes to throw around buzz words in their press release and media events (have you read the press release on their Missoni amenity kits?!) to drive up the hype and make it appear more on the cutting edge than what it may actually be. Speaking of Delta technology, I'm currently at LAX, and on the Delta app and Delta's T3 departure board, it's showing my AM/DL codeshare flight departing at gate 135 at TBIT. There is not an actual plane parked at 135. In reality the plane is at gate 131, and Delta's app didn't event update my seat swap. Still did not update after I boarded and door closed.
