I've only had one SLH stay, but it correctly counted for Nights, Stays and Points. I got double Nights on the current Business promotion. I can see there may be an issue if you paid with Points and no cash since I'm guessing the hotel may not process it correctly. But SLH does credit normally under the Honors programme, with one slight exception that in theory cash which is not stay related (so food typically) may not accrue points. In my case it did but again it depends on how the property runs its folio and ledger.
