There was a pop-up AA replacement for the c/d club during the time The actual club was closed 6 months for the fire code/building code project. I never went but I read here if I recall correctly, It was on the mezzanine level above the food court for take away food.

That is barely worth mentioning. They had around 10 or 12 rocking chairs up there, and a few cheap snacks / canned soda to grab, and that was it. Barely worth the trouble of climbing the stairs.
Totally disagree. That was my go-to place during connections. No booze and no actual seats in the room itself, just stand up tables, but those were the only disadvantages. Otherwise, it was better than the regular ACs. Never more than a couple of people in there, always had at least two agents who were never busy, and better food. Soups plus decent grab and go sandwiches, salads, drinks, snacks, etc. I miss it. I wish they had kept it after they reopened the CD club. Perfect for tight connections.
