Thanks for replying! Yep, full revenue J ticket. Bought through the Chase travel portal (they actually had the best price believe it or not)

I sent a note to the "inquiry" desk for them to change the FF program. Will see if it works. If not, then hopefully at the airport.

I'm not hopeful about online check in at all either, as it keeps asking me for some "immigration" credential, but I have everything already in there that I actually have...
