How I am supposed to that if I want to take photos and videos? I am indeed tourist I look at videos of other people and many people on background have their phones out normally.

But I feel you're overthinking this. There has been a spate of phone thefts in London, but if you take simple, sensible precautions (as you would anywhere) then you won't be a victim. I lived in London for almost 40 years, have many friends there and don't know anyone who has ever had their phone stolen on the street.
I was actually thinking about additional phone, but it'd extra $$$ with good camera

I saw a video shared above - they go on the pavement from the road - it's just ridiculous, everyone has a phone now
