No. Happy hour drinks and canapés are served in multiple locations throughout the hotel, -- The Living Room on floor 1 (large room with live jazz several nights/week), The Library, adjacent to the Living Room, and The Sala, out by the pool. These venues are open to everyone, but as Titanium, your drinks and canapés will be complimentary. Same with breakfast.
How does this work in practice? Do you notify the persons at these places that you are Titanium? Do you charge drinks during this period to your room and they are automatically adjusted?
