Haven't used ANA in several years, heading out next week in J (the room!) JFK-HND and back. Their website reminds me of 1997 style websites, and it just doesn't work that well.... It never knows my record locator or reservation so I have to search every single time.. whatever.

Is there any way I can do this? Or should we wait till the airport. The mobile app isn't much better. Or should I try and call them and wait to make the FF number change.

I had the same problem - online I couldn't add my UA Mileage Plus number. I called them, and they were able to add it over the phone and now I see it online as well.
