I am curious how much delay is added to the service because of a closed door (i can't imagine all pax. lock their doors when they start the flight, let alone that they know this feature? What's the problem, do they have to throw the tray on top of the door (which we know is around 1m?) or it takes them 10 seconds to ask the pax. if they want service?
