Just finished a two night stay at this hotel.
Had a free night and used points for the other night.
On checkin, we were warmly welcomed as Lifetime Globalist.
And informed we had been upgraded to a Park Suite River View Deluxe.
On entering the suite we found a bottle of Billiecart-salmon brut champagne and plate of fresh fruit.
This is an amazing suite and very generous of the hotel.
Rooms are just like those pictured on their website and very comfortable.
Views from the 16th floor were amazing.
Bathroom huge.
Nice having a guest toilet at the entrance to the suite.
L shaped fabric lounge was very comfortable.
The small dining table and two chairs was great
We were told at checkin that breakfast for globalists was in the restaurant or we could have room service and that there were no exclusions....order whatever we want, however much we wanted.
I feel this hotel is reading reviews and stepping up if they can improve things.
All the staff were great.
I really like the position of this hotel.
All the area around has/is being upgraded and lots to do.... Battersea Power station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel and lots of shops and restaurants there.
We are big walkers and getting to the more touristy/very crowded areas was about another 15 minute walk.
I can understand people saying that this area might not suit first time visitors but having the buses so close makes it a very easy way to get to anywhere while having the added benefit of sightseeing.
We will definitely stay there again.
