If only they could get AI to process RUC/GUC applications rather than the laborious process agents have to go through now.

"Hey DeltaAI, apply a GUC to record XYZ123 and reissue the ticket." That would be a nice use of AI.

For pricing, I just smell an AI vendor trying to make a buck, unless the plan is to no longer publish any fares and to instead sell every ticket using a unique AI-generated price, and I guess, unique fare rules for the fare just generated.
