No data on Delhi or 6S WiseOne, but I was at IC Chennai over 2 weeks this month and can tell you that service and staff there are amazing ... a whole new level. And without sounding the big sorted world traveller, I've done again an easy 1000 IC nights over time and been treated to the best of the best over many years. So I say that with some humility ... expecting it to be good but finding it to be way way better.
For sure the Bay of Bengal weather and 10 years since opening have faded some of the infrastructure a little. As regular IC stayers we saw that on first look. But the core infrastructure and position are solid. And their renovation plans are rapid, focused and aiming very high. I had lots of chats about this. For sure keep IC Chennai on your radar for future. They aim to start March and be open by this time next year. Boom ! And I believe them ... lot of folks walking round measuring, assessing ... very quietly, but as an ex F&P guy if you know, you can see. And they already building their model room.
IC Chennai and CP Kochi were absolutely first class ... beyond that. There is a new IC opening that bridges the gap between IC Chennai and CP Kochi and in a brilliant location. You might want to factor that into your plans. I was told 26 was opening year but I think that was a misspeak. The article below says 28 and I'd say 28 is the more likely, its a full ground up and high spec build.

We are certainly factoring a repeat of this combo in, with (precisely as you say), a stop at IC Jaipur and likely Mumbai as well. Internal flights are surprisingly pricey in business. But hotel car services are incredible value (for the stint from Chennai to Kochi) .... a high quality ultra comfortable car with excellent driver/guide for amazing money. A proper IC logoed car with proper driver not a budget outsourced thing. Was long and maybe not for all, but if you never seen India, this is without a doubt the best way, you won't be able to blink let alone close your eyes. A brilliant option.
And there's another IC opening in 29 in Hyderbad. A little far in the future for our plans just now. But from what we saw, India (country, hotel service culture) are worth 4 or 5 visits. And amazing value all round. Would be perfect for me if BA flew into Kochi as well as Chennai and the northern cities. Hard to believe they don't given Kerela's popularity.
When these locations go on stream, a bigger India loop becomes much more doable. Well for us IC / Kimp / CP institutional types who like to step out into the real world but prefer to retreat into being pampered and feeling special :-)
