Lunch
Went with the Korean menu:
Kongnamul Soup soy bean sprouts, scallions, red peppers
Seared Hamachi and Tartare Sauce cabbage and scallion slaw
Banchan napa cabbage kimchi, sweet potato and carrots in sweet soy glaze, stir-fried zucchini
Korean Braised Beef Short Rib soy demi-glace, buttered rice, roasted vegetables, perilla green sauce

Soup was lukewarm and kinda tasteless, fish starter was kinda meh as well. Short rib and rice/vegetables/sides were excellent though (although the kimchi was missing from the banchan, and the other two banchan weren't spicy either).
Sundae for dessert:
Mid-flight Snack
Peter Cho's Vegetarian Bao Bun Japchae, carrot and coriander salad

Bun was pretty tasty (filled with japchae), but they seemed to have forgotten the dressing on the side salad and basically was rabbit food
Snack basket in galley which also had whole oranges:
Pre-arrival Breakfast
Cold Somen Noodles sesame ginger scallion dressing, cabbage, green onion

This was just... bad? The dressing for the noodles was some kind of thick oil with a lot of scallions in it and not that much taste - so while it's a lighter option than the other breakfast choices (quiche and French toast) it didn't even feel all that healthy. Would not recommend.
Overall felt the catering was kinda hit-or-miss (although probably been spoiled by Do&Co ex-BOS). Very good service from MSP crew otherwise
