The IFM of the diverted flight indeed said the reason it diverted to ATH was an air cabin pressure issue. I guess it hasn’t been fixed…
I agree this looks very likely. Surprising really, the engineering line maintenance station BA use (Athens Aeroservices) is pretty extensive from what I understand.
