Unless you have purchased an eligible fare for your status or a full-fare award. Otherwise, It makes sense that you won't see yourself on the waitlist until your window opens since you are in a request queue (pen) for your tier until then. You are moved to the waitlist at your window. At T-72 hours, the list should be populated with all Elites except MVP.
