So in order for P1 to book an award flight for P2, the missing part is now:
- P1 to complete on-line services form, email to EVA
- Once activated, go online and add P2 as nominee
- P1 transfer necessary point to P2's account once approved
- P2 request online activation of account
- P2 book award flight from their own account, not counting on using the 1K sign-up bonus points

Is that correct ? Or does P2 need to "earn" some real EVA points ?
