Has the policy changed for entry into Al Mourjan? From what I can see on the QR and OW websites, there is no entry on Business Lite based on OWE status.

Not true for QR lounges overall. OWE flying business gets AM access, even with Business Lite. Others do not.

AS is an 'excluded lounge' when it comes to OWE. I think your statement is correct when talking about AS, not AM.
