Can someone please help. I’ve never done this before. Used DL SM for an award ticket on KLM metal from LHR>AMS>VCE. LHR>AMS was an hour late causing misconnect on AMS>VCE. Eventually got to VCE 6 hours late on the next KLM flight. Do I file 261 with DL or KLM? Do I file UK 261 or EU 261? What am I entitled to? What if the late LHR>AMS was due to weather?
