Does anyone have experience using ITA Executive on Aeromexico? I am buying a basic fare. I believe with Skyteam Elite Plus, you can get one checked bag for free. I put in my ITA FF# and the system accepted it. I selected the option to buy an extra bag for a fee but on the fare summary it doesn't recognize the fact that I can get an extra bag for free.
I have used this benefit at Vietnam airlines and the system automatically recognize my Skyteam Elite Status.
