Just an FYI. I have read a few negative comments about HA's offshore (Philippines) call center and agents. My three interactions have all been stellar. I was a little nervous about a reservation agent processing a mileage upgrade, but she was a pro. In all three calls, their English was very clear, albeit with a slight accent.

My only regret is I wish my flights were on a 787-9 instead of an A330, but I'll live.
Interesting...does there have to be a particular booking code for the upgrade or is it just one amount of miles as long as a F seat is available?
