Yes, you will have access. Did something similar with AA award ticket.

Not true for QR lounges overall. OWE flying business gets AM access, even with Business Lite. Others do not.
AS is an 'excluded lounge' when it comes to OWE. I think your statement is correct when talking about AS, not AM.
