Flew into AUS yesterday. With all of the construction, DL has only 1 baggage belt (a very long one, but only one). And 4 arrivals in close succession so lots of bags. The baggage agent came out of the baggage office, I thought maybe to pull some bags for some reason.
No - she stood at the belt and organized things - when bags were stacked, she pulled the second bag down, she flipped bags so that the handle was easy to grab. (And there were some big bags!) After I got my bag I complimented her on how she worked to manage things and gave her a JWD. I'll also send a compliment to DL.
