Unfortunately there was no Ice cream cart on the flight. The reason for this was that United had not yet figured out a storage place in Marrakesh for its cutlery and plating. So, they did not have any plates or silverware for the return flight. Therefore, they had to double cater this flight and the return in Newark itself. Unfortunately, the sundae cart was collateral in order to make room for the double catering.
