Frankly, I don't think BA would buy a used 350 that came from the Gulf. The experience of the G-GATx series was bad enough, and planes that worked extensively in the Gulf tend to live less than others.

It's a re-issue of an older job advert, nothing else to it. BA opened up several rounds of hiring in Engineering to cover the new entry programme which, at the beginning of the year, had about 3 or so A350s and half a dozen 787s. The 350s were delivered on time, the 787s - as it's Boeing SOP - didn't. The advert has been re-issued and the system allows you to 're-heat' a previously-opened campaign.
it will be QR-IAG coordination as aircraft is already decided at group level anyway. So it won’t be QR-BA, it would be QR-IAG as the QR CEO says they’re already doing with ground handling companies for example. Again that’s just my guess. I may be wrong though.

I still think that next order is Boeings to lose fortunately or unfortunately given the RR relationship having worsened in the past few months.

A story in the times recently had a lot of BA sources citing deep dissatisfaction with RR which is rare for BA to be in the news calling out a supplier like that. They don’t even do that for Boeing and they’ve IMO screwed up more than RR only difference is Boeing is shoving credits down IAGs throat which makes planes cheaper for them so they don’t have any issues
