Just returned from a points stay at a Hyatt partner resort in the Caribbean. I have a bill over charge for extra person. When contacting Hyatt about it they bounce the charge question back to the resort. I have had zero luck with resort. Because it was a Hyatt points booking done on their web site, is there any representative state side I can contact?
I want to report back on my success in resolving this issue. After contacting Hyatt Concierge via private email on this forum, a refund was credited to my credit card. Kiddos to the person at Hyatt Concierge for the help.
