I am currently booked on BA114 departing JFK and arriving at LHR at 9:40. I have a connection to Munich currently at 12:45 but am considering changing to an 11:10 connecting flight.

I am flying First from JFK to LHR and Club Europe to Munich.

1. Would the earlier flight allow enough transfer time?

2. Are there any priority/expedited lanes since we are traveling in first?

3. Can we access the Concorde Room after arriving?
