The Peri is from the recent Standard Group acquisition and it's good to see it's available now on the Hyatt site. Great price ($75 for the standard room vs. $54 on AAhotels or 7400 miles.) Looks good so we'll have to try it out.
Do note that none of the Standard-branded hotels are available for booking THROUGH Hyatt yet, even though they have placeholders on the main website; clicking on them will route you back to the Standard websites instead of the Hyatt ones. As of now, none of the Standard hotels are eligible for Hyatt elite nights, points or benefits, so if that matters to you, I would hold off from booking any of them until Hyatt announces their integration.
